Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing and Handling Time All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within two (2) business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Estimates For shipping quotes (including international, expedited, overnight, 2-day, etc.), please place the items you would like to purchase in your shopping cart and click "Proceed to Checkout".
Enter your shipping address, and the shipping rates will automatically generate based on the item's weight and the delivery location. If the shipping rates do not generate or you experience an error during checkout, please contact us immediately at info@harlownavy.com.
3. Delivery Delays and Liability Harlow Navy is not responsible for delays in shipping caused by extraneous factors beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to: weather conditions, customs inspections, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, labor disputes, and/or carrier transportation problems.
Additionally, we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. For any issues regarding a delayed or lost package, or for any other inquiries, please contact our support team.
4. International Shipping: Duties, Taxes, and Fees Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, fees, and/or VAT (Value Added Taxes) levied by the destination country once a shipment reaches your country.
Customer Responsibility: You are solely responsible for paying any taxes, duties, customs fees, and/or VAT charged by your government. Harlow Navy has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Customs Policies: Please contact the local customs office in the relevant jurisdiction for additional information on customs policies or duties before placing your order.
Unpaid Fees: International orders will not be refunded for failure or refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees.
5. Customs Value Declaration Please note that Harlow Navy is required by international shipping laws to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-U.S. shipments. We cannot alter the declared value of items to avoid customs fees.
